When you hire from us, you can request a copy of the safety certificate for the inflatable you are hiring. As of 2025, it is now a legal requirement that any inflatable on hire has a valid and up-to-date safety certificate.

Our staff undergo full training and are RPII accredited having attended, completed and passed the RPII Controllers, Operators and Attendants of Children's Inflatable Play Equipment. So when our expert team shows up with your hire, you can be confident the inflatable will be installed both safely and correctly.

Lastly, we are members of the Bouncy Castle Network (BCN). These guys are responsible for the sophisticated online booking software used on our website. This makes it super easy for our customers to check availability and book their favourite bouncy castle online in minutes.
